Made sure 1st Team were wired for sound, made it to hair, make-up, and wardrobe sessions, and cleaned out dressing rooms at the end of the night assuring water was stocked and old call sheets and shooting orders are taken out. Made sure talent traveled to Post-Production appointments.

During lunch, responsible for lunch counts and reporting the official count and to the Key 2nd AD and 2nd AD. Responsible for placing still photos from scenes in Mr. Perry’s photo book after every take. Assisted with EPK’s and photo stills making sure talent traveled and landed to scheduled appointments. Responsible to catching 1st Team in the mornings and taking their breakfast orders.

Responsible for making sure talent/background dancers had proper wardrobe and props. Responsible for being the Jib operator.

Responsible for capturing behind-the-scenes footage in addition to filming sit down interviews with cast and crew members for the films press kit.

Responsible for overall look and vision of the commercial. Booked talent and crew members, collaborated with the Director of Photography, came up with shot list and oversaw entire process from Pre-Production to Post-Production.

Produced, Wrote, and Directed production. Worked side by side with the Director of Photography with shot design. Scouted and booked locations, held auditions, and hired actors.

Governed over 90 extras making sure they signed release forms, transported extras from holding area to on set, and made sure beverages where provided to actors while on set. Ran errands for the production, assisted crew members with task, and assisted the Director with handling background actors while scenes were filmed.

Handled release and location agreement forms, supervised and arranged production funding campaign, held casting calls, and secured lodging and transportation for actors. Governed all three aspects of production, booked and made deals for bankable actors: Tommy Ford from the hit show Martin, and WWE/TNA wrestler Elijah Burke "The Pope."

Answered office phones, emailed and assisted clients, wrote and approved permits for productions filming in Savannah, Georgia. Assisted location scouts with major motion picture companies, and logged daily production inquiries.

Developed the concept and style of video, directed over thirty extras in skating rink scene, and held weekly rehearsals with talent.

Supervised background actors, made sure actors signed release forms, assist art department when needed.
