Responsible for getting Dance unit (11 dancers) camera ready and running them as a team when filming on set. Duties off set on rehearsal days included coordination with Production Office and other departments to provide Exhibit G information, communicate dance schedule, obtain props, schedule location, and obtain supplies and craft services.

I created call sheets, produced Exhibit Gs and production reports, managed First Team (Talent), and liaised with Department heads as backup for 1st AD.

Scheduled crew and equipment resources for shoots, coordinated with vendors, generated purchase orders, researched and made equipment purchases, and administered petty cash. Other miscellaneous duties included generating and obtaining crew start paperwork, scheduling catering, and shopping for craft services.

Talent PA assigned to coordinate and escort talent to set, makeup, wardrobe, and stage.

I assisted with logistics/planning details during pre-production and acted as 1st AD during production.

Emmy award winning interstitials (Upper Midwest Emmy 2013). Conducted sit-down interviews of TPT Producers for 10 Year Anniversary. Performed off-line editing interweaving past programs with new producer interviews for multiple interstitials.
