Responsible for the digitization, grouping, syncing and organization of media for two months of filming.

Took over responsibilities and function as the project's Assistant Production Office Coordinator one week in. Also partnered to handle the coordination of resources and conduction of the daily affairs and set duties for production assistants and support. Helped lower VFX costs significantly to allow flexibility in the budget.

Responsible for the booking and travel details for crew and contestants, domestic and international. Multiple location shoot, four sports disciplines.

Responsible for the acquisition, booking, and travel for the various athletes agreeing to compete on the show. Also managed travel accommodations for the crew in addition to the on-air talent.
