Managed stage and talent for a non-broadcast live award show honoring inductees in to the hall of fame of the broadcasting industry.

Secured shoot location at predominantly Chinese populated park in NYC Chinatown. Guarded staff area and translated to general public. Translated appearance release forms.

Continued duties as agency's Talent Coordinator. Booked talent on projects in print, commercial, events, FIT sessions, editorial and test shoots. Negotiated SAG-AFTRA/non-union talent contracts, releases, sponsorships, rates and usage.

Managed post-production of daily broadcast promos for THE TALK on CBS. Delegated between a team of creative services, producers, editors, graphic artists and audio engineers. Oversaw creative approval process and workflow of production to meet tight deadlines. Obtained and digitized assets from live set on XD CAM, HDCAM and HDCAM SR. Recorded music cues from database and footage licensing. Booked and creatively directed recording sessions with voice-over artists. Assisted with writing and live taping on-camera promo lines for talent and panel of show hosts. Quality controlled all promo spots frame by frame to ensure client demands before final deliveries.

Assisted two publicists with a client roster of notable Hollywood actors and personalities (George Clooney, Helen Mirren, Kelly Ripa, Morgan Freeman, Kelsey Grammer, Charlie Sheen and more).
