Established a web presence for HBO Documentaries. Collaborated with filmmakers on the creation of web sites and interactive programming. Produced interviews with filmmakers for broadcast on-air and online. Managed freelance talent and allocated resources among projects simultaneously in production.

Lead the production and development of interactive video programming on the four channels of the On2 Network. Defined long and short-term goals for project producers, directors, designers, programmers and QA team. Drafted and maintained the production schedule of the 40+ member department. Tracked projects by tasks/resources/time.

Posted HTML and rich media banner ads into the ad serving software NetGravity, and ensured that all targeting criteria were met. Monitored and analyzed traffic and inventory data, and resolved issues to optimize advertiser performance. Provided technical assistance/practical interpretation for sales team and clients.

Viewed completed films, and submitted detailed evaluations with regard to their suitability for national broadcast. Composed and prepared grant proposals, and maintained contact with funders to provide updates, facilitate meetings and draft fundraising calendar. Liaised among key organizational staff, project personnel and Executive Director.

Produced and co-authored copy for video, audio and print projects.   Developed and executed budgets per client approval. Coordinated and oversaw the efforts of freelancers and vendors to meet production deadlines.
