Field Coordinator, traveling with Crew to Key West, Melbourne, FL and Turks and Caicos. Remotely helping the crew while they were in Mexico and Spain. Helping the crew in the field and out. Hiring PA's and helping them load out and in every day. Reconciling Petty Cash and Credit Cards. Make sure proper releases are obtained and uploaded. Keeping in contact with Hertz rental for company needs. Obtained information for crew and cast members to complete applications to enter Turks and Caicos. Creating welcome packets. Worked in LA as a local in the office for 5 weeks.

Field Coordinator in Chalreston, SC. Creating and keeping track of Purchase Orders. Distributing and reconciling Petty Cash. Assisted with obtaining releases. Hired PA's, kept track of start work. Made sure that the day was running on schedule and if not seeing what we can do to get it back on track.

Field Coordinator in Plaquemine, LA (near Baton Rouge). Worked with the local police department on a cold case. Created call sheets, reconciled credit cards, reconciled Petty Cash Floats. Assisted with obtaining locations. Shipped drives back to NY daily. Worked in constituently changing environments. Assisted Producers with obtaining releases. Collected time cards and prepared them for the PM to review. Able to run multiple teams in different locations. Team A, Team B, and drones. Researched regulations and locations for drone footage. Hired PA's, assisted them with loading out and loading in. Worked with all departments to make sure everything was running smoothly.
