Covering as Assistant to Supervising Producer, Music; answering phones, drafting correspondences, sorting mail, creating purchase orders, updating assignment sheets and piece element lists, client services for guests of the show, maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments and handling reminders. Assisting directors and producers in locating new/archived footage and building folders for future projects.

Facilitating ingests and media transfers, subclipping, logging and transcribing material for the daily show. Coordinating with writers, producers, editors and post-production staff to gather material, update scripts and create scratch tracks for ET's show opens and teases. Monitoring news stories and acting as point person for the evening News Desk shift; creating/distributing daily Shoot. Reports, Situationer, Entertainment Budget, Police Log, Celeb Instagram, Late Night Shows Log and gathering highlights for the nightly.

Polling for pilots, current programming, product integrations, celebrities, etc. Prepare preliminary and final top line reports utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Checking final data tables to ensure data is correct, quotas set in project agreements met, stat testing applied correctly, and banner points clearly labeled. Clean and format verbatim responses. Test online surveys ensuring logical and textual accuracy. Select and edit images for weekly syndicated studies using the GNU Image Manipulation Program. Create data tables in Excel and PowerPoint.

Analyzed and composed reports of social media commentary for 20+ shows. Tracked series performances for shows on five networks. Assisted department analysts with a variety of ongoing projects spanning 2-12 weeks each. Conducted secondary research on the internet and assisted in identifying articles for 24 issues of the weekly trends & lifestyes newsletter.
