In constant communication with talent, legal, producers, editors, camera operators, field coordinators, etc. to track down clearance status of all faces, locations, and logos for the delivery of 10 digital shorts. Kept track of all releases and entered them on an Excel grid to be delivered to the AMC legal department.

Drove talent to set, hotel and airport, picked up and dropped off all rental cars, assisted on set, helped coordinate extras, operated fog machine.

Oversee logistics for the cast and crew from pre-production through shoot days. Responsible for securing travel logistics, procuring assets, finalizing insurance documentation, balancing budget, making call sheets, securing legal documents, overseeing set safety, managing PA’s and extras, shipping of all media, and additional camera work as needed.

Worked with Producer and Shooters to develop story and oversee production. Acted as liaison between talent and crew. Responsible for securing legal documents, coordinating talent, and supervising production crew.

General PA duties, traveled with the crew. Was promoted to Coordinator after a month.
