• Work closely with the Creative Producer to interpret and bring to life creative concepts. • Ensure all sold projects are executed on brand, on scope and on time. • Handle all the organizational aspects of pre-production process including scheduling, scouting and securing locations, vetting and hiring resources, renting necessary equipment, and working with suppliers to order custom props. • Work with the Creative Producer and Finance Department to create approved budgets prior to all productions. • Actualize and ensure that budgets are adhered to throughout the production. • Negotiate costs and approve the booking of resources, equipment and suppliers. • Arrange any necessary permits, COI’s, and risk assessments prior to shoot. • Ensure that insurance, health and safety rules, copyright laws and permit agreements are adhered to. • Act as a creative liaison with marketing and sales teams on production budgets, schedules and specifications. • Ensure that brand sponsored productions are executed according to specific brand guidelines and contractual obligations. • Ensure that client and advertiser expectations are met by delivering the highest qualify of production for specified budget. • Manage and prioritize schedule of deliverables for in-house creative producers. • Work closely with Partner Managers to ensure that partner productions meet requirements and expectations outlined in partner contracts. • Act as the creative liaison with marketing team and sales staff on production budgets, schedules and specifications, to ensure that brand sponsored productions meet requirements and expectations outlined in contracts. • Estimate production costs for creative concepts for Sales and Marketing to take to market. • Discover and build an ongoing bank of production and post production resources.
