Assistant to the Production Manager. Responsible for procuring and managing partnerships and sponsorships for the 2016 event; coordinating media and digital assets between sponsors and clients; coordinating travel and load-in/out schedules in line with Production Manager and Dolby Theatre guidelines; establishing sponsor booth requirements in alignment with Dolby Theatre staff and security requirements; manage budget and finances between sponsors/vendors, and the client; provide event support to Production manager across stage, media, and live production teams; act as key liaison to the Dolby Theatre during the live event - communicate and resolve issues or queries with immediacy and in partnership with the Dolby Theatre team and venue requirements; produce BTS content for VIP attendees in coordination with the event media team throughout event. Post-event communication and finances with sponsors, vendors, and production company.

Write, shoot, direct, edit all media content. Editorial consultant for guest articles. Partner with lead graphic designer on all quality assurance and logo/artwork concepts. Production manager on creative team workflow in collaboration with CEO and key stakeholders.
