Processed reimbursements, created PO's, reconciled credit cards, tracked quarantine schedules, booked travel, managed daily logistics between hotel properties, which were not fully staffed due to COVID.

Managed scheduling, workflow, operations, and accounting for a state-of-the-art post production house. Key liaison between producers, directors of photography, editors, colorists, and audio mixers. Projects included: To Dust, winner of the Tribeca Film Festival by Emily Mortimer and Alessandro Nivola, This Is Life With Lisa Ling, a CNN production, and Student Athlete, an HBO Documentary.

Wrote critical analyses of scripts for the creative executives. Provided coverage of plays, books, and other development materials. Performed administrative tasks i.e. directing calls, setting meetings, managing the office calendar, and greeting high profile guests.

Camera Assist / Associate Producer for two long-form Regional Emmy Winning documentaries. Aided in physical production of outdoor adventure documentaries in the wilderness areas of Idaho. Conducted interviews and organized shoots for short-form documentaries and corporate videos.

Edited short form documentaries, commercials, and corporate videos on Premiere Pro. Assistant editor for full length documentaries.

Sound recordist, audio mixer, and boom operator for feature film. Helped out other departments as needed.

Wrote a successful grant as a student to fund a film on the U.S. National Memory Champion. Traveled to Miami, New York, and London to film, and edited on Final Cut Pro X. Won Best Documentary at the Skyline Independent Film Festival, and was Official Selection of the Napa Valley Independent, D.C. Independent, and Seattle True Independent film festivals.
