• Monitor and review information from equipment, events or environment to detect or assess problems. • Work collaboratively with inter-departments and cross functional teams to lead changes in a time and effective manner. • Work with lighting and led techs during set up at show sight • Develop working knowledge of the order fulfillment process including the scanning of equipment • Maintain an organized inventory list of all lighting equipment by using proficient excel skills • Printing and distributing daily paperwork • Act as a runner distributing items or messages

Work as a stagehand for the festivals crew. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, assisting artist and techs during show call, being able to efficiently have quick turnarounds for set changes. I primarily specialize working with lighting and video.
