Support Creative Unit technical, production and tape/edit trucks and offices. Daily travel, dining, and facilities management. Coordinate onsite shoots for feature production through communication with Media Relations Directors. Prepare for daily schedules, arrange support staff, rental equipment and inventory supply, allocation and return.

Coordinate with Producers, Stats and Talent to maintain an ideal environment for network content and broadcast.

Coordinate content and duration of segments before and during races with Producer and Editors for next day broadcast.

Support technical and production trucks and offices, through daily travel, dining, and facilities management. Coordinate offsite/ENG shoots for feature production. Create and maintain professional environment for executives, producers and technical managers. Prepare for and distribute daily schedules, arrange rental equipment and supply inventory, allocation and return.
