Booked chefs for Christmas Kitchen with James Martin, a live and pre-record studio show and set up chef VT shoots. Cleared BBC archive footage and wrote celebrity and chefs biogs. Arranged editorial content into the schedule for sign off.

Created new children’s studio games and sourced props for children's food entertainment show 'The Munch Box'. I briefed contestants before the show and liaised the layout with the Director on set. I briefed the chefs and made any recipe changes.

Pitched new strand ideas for the weekly ITV chat show 'Weekend' with celebrity guests and music. I edited the one-hour programme on a tight deadline and cast contributors to Skype during the show. Liaised with channels over rights and clearance for clips in a TV catch up item.

As a Casting AP, I led the casting team and found eight couples for the baking master class for Waitrose TV online called 'Get Baking with Paul Hollywood'. While following the client brief, I created an application form, conducted interviews and pitched contributors to the Executive Producer and the client.

Entertainment daily chat show on ITV; 'The Paul O'Grady Show'. I cast individuals and families from all over the UK, who I pitched to the Exec. I shot recces in schools and licensed children. Responsible for A&B Roll for the show, booked experts and produced live studio items.

Developed ideas for large scale food related challenges for studio live shows of 'Let's Do Lunch with Gino and Mel', including pre recorded Christmas Specials. I lead the questioning and produced the contributor on recces and pitched ideas for the live items. Cast challengers, sourced props and costumes for items.
