• Recording middle school math instructors in their classrooms as part of an ongoing USC Rossier School of Education mathematics research project. • Editing and transcribing footage per project manager’s specifications.

• Cleaned filming studio, kitchen, dishes and tools, and made sure the prop dishes were camera ready for food stylist throughout the shoot. • Restocked prop tables and shelves throughout the day, made lunch runs, and purchased missing ingredients when necessary.

• Delivered legal wrap materials according to network specifications and payment milestones for shows in production. • Coordinated with post, legal, accounting, music, and line producers/EIC to prepare wrap materials. • Ensured that field producers, post coordinators cleared necessary material, acquired footage/stills from network approved sources. • Acquired and cleared appearances, logos, video footage and stills from network approved sources.

• Plated a five course meal for chefs Shirley Chung, Sang Yoon, Jet Tila, Neal Fraser, and Della Gossett at the “Masters Dinner” event. • Plated appetizers for Chef Paul Kahan during the “Grill & Chill” event.

• Developed recipe, wrote, food & prop styled, cooked, canned, filmed, created chryons and edited video recipe for Depth of Flavor Instagram profile, blog and YouTube channel. • Licensed and edited music from a music library.

• Researched manufacturing and licensee information for clients’ potential licensing partnerships, including tabletop/cookware and food product manufacturer information. • Created and maintained informational grids and documents related to the Licensing, TV Scripted and Foundation Departments. • Compiled and distributed pilot books bi-weekly to agents in the TV Scripted Department.

• Created research documents and provided subject matter expertise related to characters’ backstory and storylines, including, but not limited to, Seasons 1 & 2 Series Episode Guides, and character analysis documents. • Scheduled meetings, completed office errands, and tended to showrunner’s needs.
