Manage the process by which the correct version of programming is aired by entering and updating master program versions and assigning scheduling defaults. Collaborate with Manager of Right, Clearances, Standards, and Practices in maintaining and scheduling contracts in accordance with the prescribed terms and managing the available versions are scheduled as indicated by the Content Management and Legal and Business Affairs Departments. Manage the daily process of tracking and entering program V-chip ratings, closed captioning and other master tape attributes including program segment times, barcode information and broadcast titles as entered by Network Operations Content Coordinator and Content Management Department.

Managed deliverables and production schedules for approximately 200 hours of original programming with at least 40 third party production companies worldwide. Liaised with internal and external production teams around the world to create, negotiate and finalize deliverables and contract attachments for newly assigned programming. • Provided production partners with all technical specs, clock and credit requirements and advise on all National Geographic Partners technical and business standard operating guidelines. • Ensured productions stay on schedule, proactively track and take receipt of program deliverables in National Geographic systems, and notify internal departments on delivery and schedule changes throughout production.

Maintained constant communication with executive producer to ascertain the most accurate and updated production information such as production schedule, shoot locations, scripts and graphics. • Managed the project production schedule for contract compliance and overall project workflow. Track deliverables and communicate fulfillment of production milestones, production issues or changes, to project team members. • Collaborated and worked closely with Executive Producers and production companies in overall communication on designated programs.

Managed Post Production workflow from incoming delivery of elements from external vendors/contacts. Ensured that all promos and programs were delivered on time to the Broadcast Center for air. • Nurtured relationships with network marketing, production, and programming teams as well as Discovery corporate business departments. Primary client contact for post-production needs across multiple client businesses and departments. • Worked with the Business Operations department to collect cost reports for digitize/edit/mix sessions and ensure proper billing of all projects. Help to resolve any billing or invoicing issues. Media Services Coordinator (2013 – 2014) Liaised with Discovery Business units to provide expert guidance and support for media needs including but not limited to linear and non-linear distribution, marketing production, content distribution to publicity outlets, internal content repurposing and footage licensing.
