I was brought in because the former Head of Production (Videographer) had to leave to move closer to the family because of his pregnant wife. My responsibilities were to go to hospitals and other venues set up cinema cameras, sliders, lights and film and work with talent. Then I would bring the equipment back to the office and edit the videos to be released on lots of different tv stations, NBC was only one of them.
