Post Production Clearance Supervisor: - Oversee Clearance Administrator’s role and delegation in footage logs and licenses - Execute full line by line Footage Log for episodic content detailing clearance status, owner of footage, limitations on footage, legal notes, and descriptions of each clip - Obtain footage licenses from third parties for use in episodic series
 Production Coordinator: - Call Shoot Locations ahead of time to request signed Releases - Call and track down missing Location, Materials, and On-Camera Releases that did not get sent into production team - Read through all Field Notes & Camera Reports to make list of any additional clearances or releases that are needed for production to move forward Post Liaison: - Follow up with Field Producers and Cam PA after shoots to gather + file Field Notes and Cam Reports. Submit to Post Team - Liaise with Post Team to answer questions about person identification if not clearly labeled in notes - Ship and receive all hard drives - work with Post Team to keep an active log. Email Cam PA’s with shipping info for each shoot - Confirm all releases have been accounted for and appropriately filed Assistant Story Producer: - Notate OTF transcripts with small bites from footage that stand out - Weekly regroup with Story Producer to talk through possible storylines for episode before assemblies and edit room Wardrobe Stylist: - Dressed, coordinated, and transported all cast members' wardrobes for fan film production
