Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate personnel. Prepare conference rooms for meetings and materials for location scouts.

Arrange crowdfunding campaign and promote project on social media. Assist in distributing backer prizes. Lead festival submissions and promotional campaign.

Worked as Lead PA on set, in charge of crafty set up, doing errand and meal runs, and assisting camera department with transfer of batteries and mags. For the second part of the shoot, got moved up to Production Coordinator, and was responsible for organizing catering, picking and dropping off equipment, and leading set PAs.

Create and manage DCPs for showcases and screenings. Coordinate guest lists and set up equipment for events. Assist with set up and break down of Film Independent's Spirit Awards.

I record video and audio for 40 in 40 vlog show. Handle entire post-production process and edit video for upload onto channel.

Shoot footage of events, conferences, and training sessions. Edit together promotional videos, training videos, and extra content upon request.

Schedule meetings and conference calls for Titua and Filmadora SDQ projects. Read and cover scripts, especially for Spanish language. Set up conference calls. Take meeting and call notes. Driver for personnel.

Release people during event for Erika Jayne concert and meet & greet. Clean up backstage area. Fire watch equipment truck.
