This was a brand new position so the official title went through several drafts before they landed on "Switcher". This was a house reality show, so I directed robo camera operators to cover scenes in the house, selected the appropriate cameras to be recorded and sent the footage to recorder/server. I was more of a director/tech/technical director rather than a producer, but the title was created and determined by production.
