Oversaw entire life cycle of projects from ideation to launch: developing concepts, handling talent, directing shoots (both local and out of state), supervising editors, publicity, etc. Managed multiple time-critical projects at one time keeping productions on budget and meeting deadlines. ● Produced 160 pieces of content in first year as executive: 20% reached 1-6 million views, 50% surpassed brand’s KPI. Formats : branded, comedy, docu, music, scripted, talk show, UGC, etc. ● Transitioned Awestruck’s Facebook page from ancillary content to a home for original editorial series by creating strategic programming direction and schedule. Resulted in brand’s reach growing 95% over six months and “likes” growing 70% over a year. ● Acted as point of contact for series and collaborated with analytics team to leverage data (views, engagement, retention, etc) for performance insight, used that data to strengthen future videos. ● Developed long form series and formats to sell externally. Collaborated with brand’s agency representatives to build selling strategy, pitch decks and relationships with content buyers.
