I manage 5 to 7 in-house editors and numerous project rate editors, working on up to 20 projects at a time. In addition to original content, manage white label projects under 88rising with such companies as Adidas, Pepsi, Maybelline, Sketchers, Redbull, and many more. I currently manage and coordinate projects in New York to LA to Shanghai to Seoul and beyond. Cultivated a dream team of editors / taste makers that expand on the creative form. Developed the editing department into a wide range of international projects that has elevated 88rising to a multimillion dollar media and label company it is today.

I acted as equal parts field producer and internal project manager with my business partner Noel and Shiseido who were client facing. I was also their first and main timelapse photographer for 3 years. I helped develop the company with them.
