Floor Manager duties included Organization and operation of the Studio, Relaying information from control room to the floor, cueing talent, working with guests, positioning cameras, keeping control of the crew and studio, changing lights, and cleaning of studio space.

The show shoots for a week, three different times a year. Preparation responsibilities include painting flats, assembling sets, staging talk show props and furniture, setting band and talent marks. During shooting responsibilities include assistant floor managing, crowd control, talent cueing and prop/furniture removal for each segment.

Assisted the producer in the casting process. Organizing the contestants and their paperwork along with providing any help or items the producer may have needed.

I went around Memphis TN recruiting teams of two for the show. This including getting a picture, personal info, and profile information that would be important for the producers during their casting process. Each night I typed up profiles for each candidate to send back to the producers.

Driving around Nashville and the surrounding area recruiting individuals interested in trying out for Hells Kitchen Open call I helped with registration which required taking pictures signing people in and finding interesting personality traits from the candidates.

Driving the producers/crew around. Food and supplies run while also helping with on set duties such as setting up lights and scenes. Helped with paper work at the end of the night as well.

Driving around the producers, making food runs, helping with gear (setting up/tear down) and any other on set jobs I could help with.
