In charge of conducting and supervising the editing of casting interviews. Wrote character biographies. Worked with the Creative Director to write episodes. At times, took role of Story Producer on set.

Assisted Production Manager and Coordinator with locking locations to film in. In charge of organizing and keeping track of film equipment. Helped with production while on shoots.

Created presentation binder for Director’s film reshoot ideas. Created a filing system, and set up a billing system for his monthly payments, assisted in organizing screening events.

Took role of Assistant Stage Manager, Intern Supervisor, and Production Coordinator. Assisted Producers and Production Managers to prepare, produce, and wrap shoots. Organized travel arrangements, administrative duties, and held casting sessions. Organized office materials along with craft service.

Transported contestants to their destinations, providing them with petty cash. Responsible for locking down set, and overseeing contestants while in holding room.

Assisted the Executive Vice President of Production with research, organized production binders, created list of writers, accountants, and directors for project consideration. Assisted the Production Coordinator with distributing daily production paperwork to the production team, filed legal documents, reading scripts, and managed heavy telephone.

I was in charge of craft service, taking and picking up lunch orders, cleaning up set, helping out the producer and director with anything they needed.

Assisted the Director of Development with her everyday tasks, managed heavy telephone. Conducted research to improve storylines for scripts, script logs, prepared weekend readings.

In charge of everyone's safety while on set, kept production on schedule. Made sure director has everything he needed for scenes. Responsible for giving cast and crew their call times.

Assisted the 1st AD and 2nd AD, supervising production assistants, help finalize call sheet, making sides, calling cast and crew when late, and locking down set.

I helped the Director of Operations with getting sponsors for the companies film festival, general office duties, and occasional runs.
