I was in charge of craft services, lunch orders, and going on runs for production. Gathered and escorted talent to and from set and their holding area. I assisted the art department with some set ups and also gained experience with marking/calling slate and setting up/breaking down lights.

Ensured that the trailers for the talent were stocked with snacks and beverages. I escorted talent around the filming locations. Served as a valet driver and shopped for crafts services and set needs.

I assisted the Grip and Electric department set up and break down equipment. I was responsible for going on store runs for the production and keeping the crafts services area stocked and neat.

I welcomed and escorted talent to and from hair, make-up, wardrobe, and set. I also maintained a full supply of craft services and ran various errands for the production.

I maintained talent schedules for hair, make-up, and wardrobe, locked down areas during the times sound rolled, assisted crew members set up/break down, and assigned and collected walkies.

I ensured timelines of all principle and background talent on set, retrieved signatures on release forms, and handled communication between the 1st Assistant Director and crew.

I supported Stage Manager with backstage preparation and overall event organization, set up and broke down props onstage, and assisted program host follow the script and run-down of the show.

While working these red carpet events, I identified unique quotes from actors and actresses. I also ran camera cards from the red carpet to the video editors and uploaded videos and pictures with their appropriate descriptions onto the Emmys.com website.
