This was the first year for the Art Plug Power House, created by the Art Plug himself, Marcel Katz. This event had a 6 hour schedule of multiple live-happenings, and an attendance of over 300 people. Pre-event, my tasks were to hire Camera operators and photographers and plan a shooting schedule. During our pre-pro meetings, we discussed on the special attendees we hoped to get coverage on, and I designated each photographer and operator to cover different parts of the event. On the day of the event, I was tasked to ensure all camera department were where they needed to be each hour. I worked with the lead DP in acquiring camera cards, and delivered to our DIT. I also worked to assure all was running smoothly, and if problems occurred, I worked with the coordinator to find solutions (One case was a sound issue for our stage, which was fixed by a cable someone from our camera department had delivered to set, borrowed from his friend. Situations like this remind me that we are involved in an industry that is led so often by TEAMWORK.) Post event, I worked with the DP in assuring he had all the cards and that all invoices were sent to our line producer. We later noticed that so much footage was recorded, so I helped eliminate unnecessary footage and organized the best selections.

SCOPE Miami is an event during Art Basel put on every year on Miami Beach. This large tented event directly on the beachside of South Beach, attracts all the high-end buyers of contemporary art. This year, Four Bent Corners collaborated with Bacardi and produced a spot for the event and the presence of Bacardi around. Bacardi itself supported a group of artists and had a section inside SCOPE Miami where their art was put up as a competition. At night, Bacardi went on to continue the enthusiasm of such artists by displaying their art again, but this time in the Versace Mansion, where the winner was announced. Beautiful art was exhibited, and profound artists shared their passions with us all. Created call sheets; Managed Crew; Organized lunches; Communicated with clients.

During the craze of Art Basel, lots of beautiful color spreads through Miami, not only in art, but also in fashion amongst tourists and art enthusiasts. Miami Design District is a focused agency and knows their market. Our job was to capture the essence of Art Basel around Miami Design District. Lots of people visit Miami for this spectacular week when artists showcase their talents, and they certainly do not leave behind their on-point-fashion-sense. With wonderful murals around Miami's design district, we were able to capture photos for the Miami Design District magazine that displayed the bright colors in fashion meshed with the bright colors in all the art around! My responsibilities as the 2nd AD of Lingua Franca were mixed between Production Coordinator and 2nd AD. Being that it was a low budget film, a lot of people had to wear many hats, despite their role name. Some of my tasks were: Finding locations, Ordering crew meals, Breaking down script, Organizing Casper system, Creating call-sheets, Managing actors on set, Facilitating transportation for actors, Keeping close contact with Agents and Managers, Working closely with 1st and 2nd 2nd ADs to ensure positive work-flow on set, and remaining on time with SAG Exhibit G Forms.

Scouted locations for a future Miami shoot for The Kooples clothing department store in Paris. Put together a location pamphlet for The Kooples executives to sort out which locations fit best for their look. Contacted and maintained relationships with executives and location owners/managers in charge.

OTITW is a part of a Scare Package anthology, which is in distribution negotiations at the moment. As a 2nd AD on this short film, I was tasked with making Call-sheets, breaking down the script onto the CASPER System, managing actors on set, and working closely with all departments to ensure our shoot-date runs honest with time.

Helped with DIT Management, battery switches, setting up led panels and arri lights, wrangled cable, cleaned lenses, arranged walkie and battery charging stations, dispersed and collected walkies daily, slated interviews, and unloading/packing equipment vehicles. Worked as editor for post-production.

Was given a batch of green-screen-interview-videos. Keyed the backgrounds of each video, so the speaker stands before a proper gradient background (chosen by the marketing department). Color corrected the videos as the speaker sometimes appeared too warm. Cut some content provided by marketing department, or that I sourced from emailing company employees. Created graphics on Adobe Illustrator for title graphics that fly in with the voiceovers. Cut Youtube versions and square socia media versions.

Worked as an Assistant Camera during SXSW, shooting the last few episodes to wrap up the first season of Rebel Without a Crew.

I work as a freelance editor for BHI Media (The BDX). Since December, I have been editing videos of footage BHI Media collected from different home expos in the nation. I made several interview segments of all the booth interviews; made multiple informative videos of new designs and technology coming to new homes; and created graphics for the appropriate videos. Made square social media vids (social media, instagram, etc.) and 1080 x 1090 videos (for youtube).

Assisted with building equipment -- Used power tools to put together a DIY Dolly/Slider. Set up LED light panels, and staged them with DP's direction. Ran and charged batteries. Switched and cleaned lenses when needed. Assisted with appearance releases for extras and cast.

Associate Producer for the Digital Crew of Rebel Without A Crew S1. During preproduction, I assisted with finding film locations for our cast to use and collaborated with my Field Producer, David McClymonds, in creating a series of Digital content to produce OTF and Social Media segments with our cast in the weeks ahead. David and I also produced a list for B-Roll footage our Digital Crew would be responsible to shoot throughout the film days. Beyond covering B-Roll footage, Digital Crew was also obligated to capture extra coverage on multi-camera shoots on each different cast film sets, where I also helped manage and coordinate. Digital Crew further had a responsibility to cover House Reality of the cast during nighttime. I directed multiple cameras with the Story Producer, Matt Stollman, in the control room attached to the cast house. Logged and transcribed video from start to end of the day for field logs and hot sheets. Wrote and edited field logs and hot sheets. Handled PC Card and logged transactions activity for production. Coordinated lunches for crew. Assisted as an AC on days we had split crews. Led OTF interviews of cast. Overall, an amazing experience and season with RWAC S1! I took in so much knowledge and growth from this crew and series. Thanks RWAC!

Helped set up cameras, changed lenses, ran and charged batteries on set, managed and labeled media, organized media files onto hard-drives, logged video footage. Set up lights and dolly slider on set. Collected appearance releases on set. Responsible for Petty Cash and PC card - Tracked transactions.

Helped coordinate a promo video for Dove Hunting at a local Ranch in Texas. Assisted on with cameras, running batteries, changing lenses, and setting up a drone. Operated FS7 and Canon 5D as B-Cam. Cameras: FS7, Canon 5D, DJI Mavic Pro Drone. Edited the video in post-production using Adobe Premiere and After Effects; Color Correction, Graphics, Credits, and Music.

Logged and organized all 2017 work into a bin. Used Premiere Pro to put together a BHI The BDX Demo Reel displaying their 2017 work. Color corrected dull colors to vibrant and eye-capturing footage. Added motion graphics and typography. Sourced music for the video.

Logged and organized 10 years worth of Spontaneous Film's video productions. Put together a 2 minute video reel for Spontaneous Films 2016 productions. Project to project basis freelance film, effects and graphic design editor for Spontaneous Films. Create basic motion graphics and titles. Experience with media data wrangling.

Helped set up lighting and build camera. Assisted in changing and running lens. Organized equipment for DP. Switched out batteries. Labeled and managed data as we were filming. Uploaded data to hard-drives.

Uploaded and organized VO audio files onto computer for pick up shoot in Houston. Organized and titled each file with specific instructions, and uploaded onto Dropbox. Maintained honest communication with Post Production in Megalomedia's Austin offices.

Produced and edited a 10 minute website informational Spanish video for the Department of Energy in Texas. Supervised script and managed time according to schedule. Worked out a budget for the shoot with a crew of 10. Assigned props and locations for interviews. Interviewed cast with set of questions. Created motion lower thirds in post for interviews, fixed aesthetics with color correction, repaired audio hits, and mixed music for the final video.

Swapped and cleaned lenses. Prepared cameras for shoot day. Assisted with light set up. Controlled dolly. Also acted as Data Wrangler.
