Edited a 3-minute long docu-style promo for Patagonia’s recyclable surfboard launch.

Managed pre and post production facilities for the creative agency by facilitating and acquiring project footage, maintaining brand awareness, interfacing with clients, and adhering to production timelines. Conducted music and footage research for NBC, ESQUIRE, MTV, and SONY funded promotional campaigns.

Served as sole assistant to the nonprofit’s co-founders campaigning for peace in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Spearheaded all administrative tasks, including: internal communications, scheduling, deadlines, travel, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and press correspondence. Maintained the nonprofit’s coalition comprised of 1,000+ contacts in Salesforce and handled all customer inquiries.

Edited casting reels for various reality based television programming.

Co-produced an UCLA and National Science Foundation-funded documentary series on creative ethics in scientific innovation. Directed 10 interns in a fast paced, busy production office; interviewed applicants, lead orientation, and supervised the group on a daily basis. Organized all budget materials, dailies, and location scouts.

Covered busy assistant desk on a weekly basis and aided in festival and documentary research for the Academy Award winning documentary division (“FOOD INC,” “WAITING FOR SUPERMAN,” “THE COVE”). Performed various administrative duties: phones, calendars, expense reports, and travel. Logged and coordinated 100+ submissions for the narrative and documentary departments.
