I executed and make real the vision of the Directors and Production Designer. I transformed a given location in completely different spaces using several materials, techniques and resources. Working with my team of Art PA´s we were able to transform a regular house in a nightmarish rococo mansion.

Along the producer, and the screenwriter, we developed the story of the short film in collaborative way. My responsibilities were to give notes to the screenwriter, to create a vision for the film execution, which was presented to the team through a Lookbook and a Visual Treatment, to make the shot list along the DP, and in general to lead the whole creative team through the preproduction to the execution of the film in the dates of principal photography. After that, my responsibilities were to lead the postproduction team, writing notes for the editor, working and collaborating with music composer, working with a Visual FX artist, and guiding the work of the colorist to match the whole vision of the project.

I was responsible for creating the physical look of the short film and to make it real in the principal photography dates, leading a team of PA's to dress sets and transform spaces of given locations. The execution of this film's Production Design also involved a great amount of research, because the story deals with latino culture and shows the world of a Mexican Wrestling fan.

I was hired to write and direct the graduate thesis film of the producer Themba E. Moyo. I was responsible for creating a story that fitted the interest of the producer, and also for creating and executing a unique vision for the cinematic presentation of the story. I leaded the creative team (Director of Photography, Production Designer, Fashion Designer, and Sound Mixer) through all the preproduction and principal photography, working in a very collaborative way and joining everyone's own vision, talents and ideas in the realization of the film.
