• Responsible for developing concepts for all customer-facing videos. • Creative lead on all storyboards, presentations and approvals of video direction. • Oversee all pre-production, production, and post production phases to ensure deadlines are hit. • Work closely with outside Production houses for execution and edit of all videos. • Developed relationships with Directors, Production Teams, and Colorists to establish brand guidelines. • Collaborate with the social team to create highly-engaging content for all social platforms while integrating the seasonal design concepts + brand initiatives. • Established a workflow for video in collaboration with the Video Producer and Digital Project Manager to develop a daily process for video timelines.

Click to edit position description• Responsible for creating and maintaining style guides for all product photography and videos. • Operate with a solid grasp of the west elm aesthetic and brand identity. • Elevate and evolve the site aesthetic while supporting the overall brand direction. • Collaborate daily with VP Creative Director and Digital Design Team. • Maintain positive work environment with high creative standards. • Collaborate with merchandising team on new product assortments and how to present them visually to our customer. • Using knowledge of UX and mobile design to create imagery and shopping experiences that translate well for mobile ecommerce. • Oversee a team of stylists and photographers to ensure concepts and brand vision are compelling. • Supervision of E-commerce photography (both video and still life). • Manage talent for photo shoots and multiple sets at once • Research Photographers, Stylists, and Shoot Locations. • Facilitate pre and post production of shoots. • Operate within budget standards and time constraints.
