Assist camera crew during a "challenge" through a theme park and shoot a mini "commercial" promoting the park and surrounding resorts. Responsibilities included managing and movement of gear, setup and load out from set to set, run errands and have makeup and hair on standby as necessary.

Wrangle and assist talent, escort to and from greenrooms and various venues around the city, run errands, communicate via radio with producers and coordinators to verify position and timing of arrivals and onstage appearances.

Local PA, scout catering venues, place meal orders, retrieve orders, ensure crew members are happy and needs met. Run errands, retrieve gear, setup/maintain crafty, help setup/load out of shots, shuttle crew as necessary to various locations, maintain and organize receipts and finances regarding errands, special requirements and meals.

Office PA, verify all crew members had filled out required documents, run errands for office coordinators, maintain receipts and financial documentation of what was spent on errands, assist various departments as needed, ensure office staff and Director's needs were met.

Prior main event: Open/setup/lockup rehearsal studio, maintain security of studio and ensure needs of talent were met. Maintain privacy of talent and run errands upon request of talent. During main event: escort various talent from greenrooms to/from venue, ensure talent was stage-ready in timely fashion.

Local PA, assist crafty, run errands, assist with setup/load out from set to set, ensure crew had all necessary supplies, place and retrieve meal orders, shuttle crew as necessary.

Post show PA, tear down and load out of set.

Pick up shots; Design and acquire wardrobe, organize and correlate wardrobe changes with script supervisor/Director, plan and apply/reapply makeup/FX Makeup as necessary. Ensure talent was camera ready at all times necessary.
