Create, Development and Sell new series. Since taking over as Director of Development we have secured 8 development deals and sold 4 new series. I am the lead out in the field working with out DPs and crew -- Director of all sizzle/ presentation tapes which we have averaged around 15-20 per year. The lead creative on the team and the face of the company when handling high profile/ celeb talent.

Oversee all casting for development and production. Handle contracts. Manage an entire casting team for several multi-season series. Report directly to the Head of Production while also managing a team of 6 on the Development team to identify and lock new talent.

Develop and Cast all new development projects. Manage several projects from start to finish -- manage a team of 6 as keep a steady flow of new content through the pipeline. Be the liason with talent through legal to get signed and locked.

Cold calling, research, outreach, pitch writing, managing of grid and spreadsheets, handling skype schedule

Up keep of grid, schedule interviews, middle-man between network and contestants, outreach, research, tons of cold-calling
