Created and maintained the Post Calendar and Budget. Hired Post staff. Supervised the completion of network deliverables. Rented edit equipment, and tracked costs. This show had a small budget and tight deadlines. I had all editors edit different scenes from the same episodes simultaneously using scene breakdowns I created.

I completed all deliverables, P.O.'s, and supported the Producer and Edit staff. When we lost our Production Coordinator, I took the reins in scouting locations, and setting up shoots for our pick up scenes and interviews. I also completed and disseminated call sheets, and processed payroll, and invoices.

Created and maintained the Edit Schedule and Budget. Hired and supervised Post Staff. Supervised the completion of network post deliverables. In absence of a clearance coordinator, handled all clearance deliverables including making sure all S&P issues were addressed in online. Attended all online color, mix, playback, and layback sessions.

I coordinated this show without a Post Supervisor. I created and maintained the post calendar, set up and negotiated deals with vendors, completed all post deliverables, maintained tape log, sent out transcriptions, completed P.O.'s and tracked all post costs. Attended all online color, mix, review, and layback sessions.

I coordinated this show at the same time as Face Off, also a Season one show. Duties included completing deliverables, P.O's, extensive graphics passes, and watching down cuts to make sure they were perfect before delivery to the network.

Duties included completing deliverables, P.O's, extensive graphics passes, asset management, watching down cuts before network delivery, supervising heavy network promo requests, attending online sessions, sending out files for transcriptions, as well as supervising logger workflow.

I completed all post deliverables, wrote P.O.'s for all vendors and equipment, and revised accordingly when equipment was extended. I coordinated with our graphics house and the network for various promo requests, supervised logger workflow, and asset management. I also attended all layback sessions.

I took over coordinating for this show when the the current coordinator left the show. I completed all network deliverables, P.O.'s, and tracked equipment costs, extending the P.O.'s when necessary. I watched down all cuts for fixes before delivered to the network.

I maintained the tape log, all P.O.'s for post, sent out interviews for transcriptions, screened episode cuts before network delivery, and completed all post deliverables.
