Co-directed a 22-minute mini-doc to air on the Comcast Sports Network. Work included devising interview questions and conducting interviews to form a story about Steamboat, Colorado. Created a one-weed production schedule including 25+ interviews and opportunities for b-roll. Handled all appearance and location releases. Working as post-production Story Consultant.

• Worked on/off set as primary liaison between cast members and production: coordinating 15+ cast members’ availability for shooting schedule. Coordinated scripts, wardrobe, schedule, locations, props, as well as meeting all cast needs. • Responsible for cast accounting, generating pay & expense reports for line producer and company records, handled location/appearance releases.

• Reported to Assistant Directors to coordinate and facilitate communication between entire cast & crew. • Acted as “early PA” to greet all actors to trailers and help organize their make-up, hair and breakfast schedule. • Enthusiastically problem solved various issues that arose in constantly changing locations, situations, and people.

• Recruited crew and various artists to develop narrative into a visual medium. • Responsible for managing 30+ actors & crewmembers work, coordinating choreography, script and location rehearsals, creative meetings and devising shooting schedules. • Responsible actor and location release contracts, securing shooting and rehearsal locations.

• Coordinated with video game developers, public relations and media personalities to build a production schedule that included taping 10-15 interviews & celebrity promos each day of the conventions. Published approx. 45 video interviews onto dailymotion.com. • Researched upcoming video games, software, hardware, television, movies, webseries as interview preparation.
