I was assigned a rink and scheduled live hockey games. The pre-game responsibilities was to enter the team names , colors , period and time clock information. During the game , I would keep score , start and stop the clock via referee whistle blows. This happen during keep score a live webcast of the OneHockey Philadelphia (Hockey) in Philadelphia, PA. This was a three day event, Saturday was the busiest of the three days. There were seven games. Each game averaged 45 minutes long. Must have great attention to detail and familiar with computers.

Made copies of timesheet reports and scanned the copies via printer to the office PA. Conducted research on a headshot and credit information on an actress who is in the film, sent information to production coordinator and office pa. I did research on pricing of gators and stake back trucks with lifts with a local trucking company, availability and verify that a corp account can be set up. I was responsible for getting hotel room pricing for crew members who needed to stay overnight. Secured room and gave Production Coordinator the credit card authorization form to fill out and email back to the hotel. Logged in packages that came to production office, labeled flash drives for production crew.

Used cloud based accounting with QuickBooks to clear three-month backlog of purchase and sales orders. • Entered sales and purchase orders data so products in Hong Kong could be manufactured. • Captured freight costs and reconciled shipments accounts in order for company to be reimbursed $10,000 from vendors. • In charge of daily UPS shipments of toy samples to Hong Kong and US customers. • Answered telephone, ordered office supplies, and tracked credit card expenses. • Scanned, filed, and logged accounting documents for accountant’s reference.

Worked at the registration of people coming to audition. Put on specific wristbands to indentify minors and adult performers. Recognizing ID and form issues with people and correcting it. I was part of a seven person registration team. In the two day open call audition, we registed 7,000 people.

Drafted letters to parking companies and restaurants , which resulted in discounts being secured for patrons. Responsible for taking the production, cast photos and reserved audition rooms. In charge of taking notes of production meetings and forward minutes to executive producers. Created budget and packet that was presented to investors. The sold out show is moving to a larger Philadelphia theatre (200 seats) in 2016.
