Tracked Man Days/did time cards for the Construction, Paint, and Greens Crew. Tracked the Construction budget for Amort and Episodic. Kept files and organized of all records for the department. Worked with vendors, dealt with all po's and check requests.

Worked with vendors, opened accounts, did time cards. Created graphics before our graphic designer arrived. A graphic I designed was chosen as the official film letterhead and logo. Made calendars in Adobe Illustrator, filing and organization, check requests, PO's , petty cash, business cards. Multiple photo walls mounted and presentation ready.

Acting as the Art Department representative responsible for the set at all times. Fixing or altering anything on set as needed. Monitoring set and prop continuity.

Minor prop fabrication, buying, and keeping charge of all props at all times. Other responsibilities include maintaining a schedule and budget.

Duties include, purchasing, pick ups, and returns. Driving box trucks and steak bed trucks. Tracking, organizing, and distributing petty cash. Budgeting and keeping up with receipts. Working with locals to find the best deals. Occasionally making set dressing, being an on set dresser and a pair of helping hands.
