- Oversaw projects through every phase of production from development through distribution. -Played an integral role with pre-production through participating in brainstorms, pitching story ideas, booking locations and crews from all across the country, and purchasing props. -Field produced shoots by conducting interviews, directing camera operators, assisted with lighting, selecting interview backgrounds, managing media, and working with clients on-site. -Worked extensively on post-production by writing scripts, creating select reels, selecting music, finding archival materials, reporting music and footage usage, working with VO talent, managing budgets, communicating with the client, making changes based on client feedback, and managing the review processes. -Coordinated graphics with the editor to align with the story and the needs of the client. -Mentored new production assistants and interns by recruiting and hiring interns, training, delegating assignments, checking over interns work, giving feedback, and involving them in projects.

Built props, scripted pieces for editor, took notes in the field, coordinated logistics in the field.

• Directed parts of the webcast that was streamed live on ABC News and four other affiliates • Assisted with the production and organization of the largest student-run webcast that reached over 160,000 views • Set-up and tear-down of a three camera set, control room equipment, and audio of microphones

• Helped with utility responsibilities including setting up cameras and the stage in the press box booth • Assisted the crew with delivering stats to the talent, helped with lighting, ran/coiled cables, and assisted the EVS Operator with the melt reel • Worked as Parabolic Microphone Operator and set-up audio
