Night PA. Mostly Script duties.

I was the only stage PA so my duties were really all over the place. Setting up rehearsals and walk throughs, keeping the stage tidy, getting actors to set in wardrobe on time, taking cast and guest cast to fittings, showing guest cast the lay of the land, cast and AD lunches, being a general help to the ADs and whoever else may need it.

On this I was the only stage PA. Setting up rehearsals and walk throughs, keeping the stage tidy, getting actors to set in wardrobe on time, taking cast and guest cast to fittings, showing guest cast the lay of the land, cast and AD lunches, being a general help to the ADs and whoever else may need it This is also a live audience show, so prepping the audience stands and then getting cast ready for curtain call are additional things that I'd do once a week.

I was the only stage PA so my duties were really all over the place. Helped set up the PO for the pilot. Took actors to early wardrobe fittings and showed them the Warner lot. Stage PA got COVID on our first shoot day so I took over as the stage PA for the rest of the shoot.

This season was during COVID. As such I was the designated of lot runner PA. So anything that needed to come from off lot from any department was mine to pick up. Mostly HMU, Camera and Production supplies.

Responsibilities included: Script printing and distribution, lunch pickups, general office and kitchen maintenance, distro for anything that needed to go around the Warner lot.

Mostly help setting up the show from the production end. Getting our offices set up, helping wrap the last show the PO was on. Then day to day pickups.
