Collaborated with Field & Story teams to produce reveal segments for 48 families in cities throughout the US, managed clearance of copyrighted products, characters, music, contestant wardrobe in the field, coordinated pick-up shoots with talent , acquired supplemental media from cast during post production, managed clearance through post production until final cuts were delivered to network & approved.

Acted as main liaison between cast and team of Executive Producers & Producers in the field, facilitated the completion and retrieval of permits & legal paperwork for a cast of 100+, tracked potential clearance issues during production & worked with Post Supervisor to refine paint/blur-list as Clearance Coordinator, picked up Casting Producer responsibilities for last 6 weeks performing outreach & Skyping potential Season 5/6 contestants.

2 weeks office prep, 10 days scouring port cities in Pacific Northwest & interviewing commercial fishermen, 1 week back in the office to flesh out casting footage of 6 pairs of boat crews.

Performed outreach to local adult sports leagues, colleges, comedy schools, recruited potentials during 2 fabulously geekalicious days at WonderCon LA, Skyped with 150+ contestants and wrote pitch sheets, collected additional photo/video media for casting edits of each of my contestants pitched to the network.

Conducted multiple Skypes each day, submitted logs/grading sheets, tracked down media from each candidate following interviews, wrote pitch sheets, worked with editor to tweak and perfect edits. Promoted from Casting Associate to Casting Producer after 1 month.

Performed social media outreach for participants on Twitter/Instagram/Facebook, pre-screened submissions, conducted Skype interviews, helped our incredible editor Chris Turner (hire this man!) flesh out dynamic casting edits, wrote and edited one-sheets for network pitches.

Recruited, pre-screened and Skype interviewed 50+ every-day non-actors whom matched the hilarious racially stereotypical descriptions requested by the creative team. Wrote one-sheets for the 20 individuals pitched and selected to participate.

Reached out to contestants previously scouted in Phase 1 casting in Dec 2014/Jan 2015, Skyped multiple families, tracked down new leads from YouTube research, found a needle in a haystack on a daily basis, wrote and prepared pitch materials for ABC network.

Utilized all social media platforms to locate national stories pertaining to couples whose relationships suffer because of their social media addiction. Tracked the audience of each post and linked them in a finely organized spreadsheet if I may say so myself.

Acted as social media ambassador for red carpet nomination event, archived BTS photos/video of the event, and will cover social media interaction between celebrities and fans for Awards show event on May 13, 2015.

(in Atlanta:) recruited couples all over town, tracked every location that I papered with flyers, facilitated equipment rental, coordinated on-camera interviews with couples, performed set-up/strike of 3-light 1-camera interview area, (in the office: ) vetted online submissions, Skyped with new potential couples, logged best sound bytes for casting edits.

Consulted with NYC Producers to sculpt treatment, as well as with the author of the book "Messages: Signs, Visits, and Premonitions from Loved Ones Lost on 9/11", upon which the series was adapted. Produced various formats and creative concepts for an ongoing series based off the pilot.
