-Distribute and post QT's for internal and external review. -Discuss daily agenda with Producer and PM and Coordinate Rough Layout department. -Attend reviews and take thorough notes. Ensure all notes are distributed to the appropriate production staff. -Update shot lengths on shotgun. Facilitate communication with partner studios by answering retake questions and coordinate delivery of updated materials going out. -Assist with general administrative duties and organizing Editorial and RLO related materials.
