My responsibilities include managing the schedule for all parts of the project, getting needed materials to and tracking work from our freelance teams and overseas animation studio, communications with Disney and the overseas studio, coordinating Spanish translation versions of episodes, running weekly Zoom meetings with Disney and the overseas studio, attending and serving as a second set of eyes and ears for post-production sessions, and getting all deliverables for each episode to Disney on time.
Summary
For the past 11 years I've worked mainly in animation production. I'm now looking to make the jump into live-action production.

Over my five years on Steven Universe, first as a PA then as a PC, my responsibilities included, but were not limited to: typing up scripts; gathering recording session materials and sending them to agents, actors, and studios; setting up and doing circle takes at recording sessions; doing design breakdowns; making and tracking design lists for the artists; assisting with design reference lists; compiling all needed materials and delivering them to the overseas animation studios; communications with the overseas studios; writing and delivering retakes notes; and managing calendars for several different artists (Art Director on down) often with the purpose of guiding them back from being weeks behind.
