Responsible for the set-up and upkeep of dressing rooms used by the 51 candidates and hostesses. Was the liaison between the production team and the Miss America staff for scheduling, management, etc. Also worked with venue security, stagehands, electricians and other departments to ensure safety and setup were maintained at the highest level.

Helped in coordinating seating arrangements for nominees, talent, honored guests, as well as their personal guests. Was the ‘go to’ for head executives during rehearsals and during the show.

Be the front line of service/greeter for the production team. Answering and fielding calls for the entire office as well as offering help to visitors of the office. Responsible for overseeing meal orders each day, assisting the in the copying/distribution of daily production paperwork.
