Execute award-winning visual ideas for effective and timely linear storytelling from concept to on-air completion o Reputable ownership of pitch, writing, research, editing, and broadcast of 6-10 min long-form storytelling o Research and author feature stories, special interest pieces, and live interviews with exclusive team broadcasting rights to some NCAA teams and every NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL team for pre and post show o Complete 20+ half hour MLB segments to drive viewership during regular and post season months • Establish and maintain high-standards of feedback-driven production culture during on set, live segment, and postproduction project delivery as feature producer o Manage and delegate daily needs of 20+ production staff to maintain tight timelines and segment budgets • Implement new production styles and tactics to remain at forefront of creative and digital trends • Lead all facets of live stage events, on-field, and in-studio reporting for all major Bay Area teams as field producer o Collaborate with sponsors, athletic management, city planners, venue operations, and top executives to ensure flawless fulfillment of event contracts and regulatory considerations • Participate in full scope decisions regarding creative content and technical execution – always with the goal to continually improve outcomes o Identify and acquire new business opportunities to diversify programming and increase viewership based on detailed market trend analysis o Partner with Sales Department to facilitate sponsorships and maximize strategic partnership opportunities
