I am responsible for maintaining and updating company's database, coordinating new classes for staff, assisting executives with clients. Promoted from intern to administrative assistant within first 3 months.

I am responsible for communicating with casting offices, and scheduling client auditions, rolling calls, maintaining all files/records for company, review new talent submissions,and pass along to correct agent. Greeting and assisting clients. Ordering office supplies. I also trained a new intern two weeks after being hired.

I was responsible for extensive script coverage, rolling calls, scheduling for executives, running errands. Also maintaing office upkeep of office supplies. I was tasked with assisting clients, when in the office. I also completed an entire overhaul of the company's database of current writers/directors/producers.
