• Constructed and broke down temporary base of operations for Golden Globes, SAG Awards, Grammys, and Oscars. • Aided in organizing and conducting a Guinness World Record gathering of Lady Gaga impersonators (Grammys 2011). • Managed secure access points for Oscars program talents’ pre-show tapings.

Acquired all stills, footage, and archival material from stock sites and third party sources for episodes. Fact-checked episodes for historical and scientific accuracy. Worked with producers to ensure that legal, compliance and copyright requirements were met.

Researched historical and geographical background information for use in all episodes of Ancient Aliens and other Prometheus Entertainment shows. Managed logistics of 16 area library accounts and research resources. Provided administrative and production support for over 100 crew members on several major shows in production and development.
