As a staff PM, I've managed the day-to-day and run-of-show duties for nearly a dozen true crime and documentary series for Discovery/Investigation Discovery, History Channel, Oxygen and others over the course of my tenure. Working with a small team, I've had to continually adapt to take on new responsibilities and challenges, especially in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. My typical tasks include but are not limited to: hiring crew, finding and booking locations, handling releases, expense reconciliation, travel booking, invoice processing, crew meals, and equipment and vehicle logistics. On set, I'm not the kind of PM to sit behind my laptop all day. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and pick up slack wherever it may fall in order to keep the production on track.
