Daily coordination of picking up footage from set communicating with the AC/Data Wrangler. Media management of the raw files to a main and back up G Drive using Shotput Pro. Transcoding dailies in DaVinci Resolve 12.5 to MXFs files for Avid. Group and sync all footage into bins using Avid. Export Dailies for Director and DP onto USB flash drives. While on set pick up daily batches of footage from playback/record department and import onto server for editorial. Compress materials for online viewing. Export/upload/email links daily for rough cuts and final outputs to various parties/vendors. Maintained FTP server and worked closely with vendors including HULU/Itunes.
