• Served in a large team (100+) made up of top producers, production management and crew to develop ten, two hour primetime network reality dating episodes • Prepped, scouted and directed creative and visual segments for domestic and international field shoots

• Served as main point of contact for selected cast members and produced them in narrating their personal journey over story arching episodes • Managed and negotiated with national/international vendors (hotels and tourism boards) for full trade outs and/or partnerships throughout the project •Created schedules and budgets for shoots

-Produced, shot, and directed for 1-3 celebs per week, produced interviews and helped cut packages with a live show deadline weekly

• Created, pitched and produced story ideas for pre-dance packages with a live show deadline • Shot and produced all assigned rehearsals and out of studio shoots • Wrote, visually set-up and conducted “master” interviews for both celebrities and professional dancers
