Create all schedules for both reality and stage crews, call sheets, PA and contestant path plans, circuits, and logistics including managing all minor hours for the various ages and state laws for our 120 contestants ages 8-14.

Take detailed and time-coded notes throughout all rehearsals. Set up cameras and audio, mic dancers, liaison with post, upload footage, transcribe videos, write synopsis, and assist story producers and talent with all needs.

Created templates and customized multiple schedules for several days for both reality and stage crew broken down into 5-minute intervals. Assembled production schedules, made call sheets and updated schedules on show days in real time. Hired a crew of 150 people, had 23 PAs report to me on tape days.

I was an Associate Producer on Tosh.0, as well as a Writer's Assistant with Script Coordinating duties. I field produced, negotiated location contracts, made edits, tracked changes, took notes in the field, gave call times, and coordinated between production office and field crew.
