As an Assistant Editor I was responsible for tracking assets as they came into post, AMA linking and transcoding, grouping footage (multiple cameras w/ audio), organizing and labeling clips for the editor and keeping the project organized. I was promoted to Editor after the original hire left the project.

AMA linked/transcoded, sunc & grouped tapeless footage & audio (some w/o time code), organized footage, labeled B-Roll, exports, AAF & Online sequence prep, developed workflow for this heavy GFX show including tracking methods, managed & trained all other AEs.

This was a mixed tape & tapeless show. Digitizing, importing, AMA/transcoding, sunc & grouped, script sync, exports, AAF & online sequence prep. Developed and wrote the entire AE Bible for the company on my own, which included hilarious AE themed memes.

Combination tape/tapeless show. Digitizing, AMA/transcoding (mastered AMA troubleshooting skills on this show), syncing & grouping, script sync, exports, AAF & online sequence prep, independently redeveloped workflow for Season 2 from scratch in order to achieve efficiency.

Developed workflow from scratch, importing, syncing & grouping, heavy GFX importing and tracking, script sync, exports. Managed and trained all other Assistant Editors. Wrote thousands of emails.

Tracked media as it came into post. There was no ISIS/Unity so I imported footage to each individual Editor & Assistant Editor's drive (about 9 total) and was responsible for making sure they were all mirrored and imported items were carefully tracked. Exports & online prep.

Performed online prep for a variety of films & shows. After a short period of time I was promoted and moved over to Fancy Film's sister company, Karga7.
