Director of Operations: Directed production lines of materials, labor and financial books for Bull & Stash. In 2 weeks we fulfilled 3,000 + orders by hand in our manufacturing workshop. The outcome was we provided a quality product for thousands of Kickstarter backers and consumers. Currently coordinates and leads production team of 4+ individuals producing and supplying orders for our online shop at www.bullandstash.com and continuously innovating new production, marketing, and operation methods. Brand Manager: Established wholesale, brand, and company relations engaging through channels of email, telephone, and face to face interaction. While representing the brand and building relationships the goal was to create wholesale contracts with new businesses. With approximately 100 new outlets and attempts at new relationships per week I am constantly focusing on building the brand of Bull & Stash, business associations and relationships while driving sales through new and existing wholesale contracts.

Assisted on the set for a two-day shoot at the Microsoft campus for their new product, the Microsoft Band. Duties on-set ranged from being a helping hand to the directors and production manager/ crew to being self-directed to making sure the flow of events went smoothly.

Represented the Oberto brand through face to face conversational and promotional efforts. Worked on team to provide customers and Seafair attendees about the nutritional benefits of Oberto jerkey and the company’s history. Engaged with people through interactive games, conversation and sampling. With a team of 6, 30,000 samples served in 3 days

Youth development staff for DAC summer camp. Coordinated children and daily schedules at the DAC for field trips various locations around Eugene. Planned, organized, and ran birthday parties for families and youth. Customer service, adaptability, and being able to work in a fast passed physically active environment were essential.

Mentored multicultural pre-business undergraduate 60+ students to be successful in the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business and professional world. The curriculum emphasized planning, preparation, marketing oneself, and habits that create an effective business student. Carrying out a these tasks required a refinement in myself on the skills taught in the course, leadership, and organization. Building Business Leaders results in higher acceptance rates of minority students into the business school.

Prepared, supervised, and cleaned up a diverse array of events up to over 1,000 people creating a enjoyable experience for the attendees.
